 high holy day services rEMINDERS

We have made some updates to our Yom Kippur services. Please take a moment to carefully read the information below. There are many service options with various masking policies and locations as we try to accommodate the comfort level of our congregants. We hope to see all of you at services this year as we welcome you to Come on home.

  • Yizkor service will be held indoors, in the Sanctuary. Masking is encouraged, but not required.
  • Please bring your pass to every service you plan to attend. Your pass includes all members in your household and we ask that all are present when entering services.
  • If you need a guest pass for a family member, or an out of town guest, please register them HERE. Guest passes will be available for pick up at the WILL CALL table located at the entrance to services.
  • If you will be out of town and would like to attend services at another congregation, you can request reciprocity HERE.
  • Please remember to bring your Gates of Repentance Prayer Book to services. You do not need a prayer book for Family, Children's or Yizkor Services.
  • Childcare is available for most services for children ages 1-10. There is no cost for this service, however there will be a $10 charge if you do not show up for a registered time. Click HERE to register.

Which service is right for your family?

ADULT SERVICE - adults and young adults who have reached Bar/Bat Mitzvah age.

FAMILY SERVICE - children reading age and above and their family.

CHILDREN'S SERVICE - children who are non-readers and their family.

yad Ezra Food drive

Temple Israel is proud to participate Yad Ezra’s annual Yom Kippur food drive, which raises approximately 25,000 pounds of food, and helps service 1,000 families in need every month with your financial donations. On Rosh Hashanah, envelopes and bags will be available for donations.

On Yom Kippur, please bring non-perishable kosher food items with you; we will have a Yad Ezra truck parked in our lot for convenient drop-off.
