9-12th graders are invited to join us for a fun-filled weekend!

Friday Oct 24 at 10am to Sunday Oct 26, 2025 at 4pm

 

This is a trip you don’t want to miss! Hang out with friends & clergy, eat amazing food, explore the city through social action experiences, and tour Hebrew Union College and Plum Street Temple.

 

$375 before Sept 25

$400 by DEADLINE Oct 9

 

Scholarships are available if fee presents hardship.

The following Code of Conduct will prevail for the entire event. Please read it carefully and indicate your willingness to abide by these rules by signing the bottom.
  1. The drinking and/or possession of intoxicating beverages other than sacramental wine, even if the participant is of legal drinking age, is strictly prohibited.
  2. The possession and/or use of any illegal drug, including marijuana, and/or the supplying of drugs to any person at the event is strictly prohibited.
  3. Cigarette smoking is prohibited.
  4. No gambling allowed, except for fund raisers approved by the advisor or Rabbi.
  5. Vandalism, disturbing the peace, or other inappropriate behavior as predetermined by the advisor, chairpersons, board, or supervising faculty will not be tolerated, and any damage must be paid for by the person(s) who caused them.
  6. No member may fail to attend part of the event or leave the location of the event without the consent of the Rabbi or advisor. Parental permission is also mandatory.
  7. Curfews announced by the leadership are to be observed.
  8. Any act by a participant that is in violation of Federal, State, or Local law will be considered a violation.
  9. Late arrivals and early departures must be approved by the adult leadership of the event in advance. Parental permission is also mandatory.
  10. There are no guests allowed at this event unless the advisor has given permission in advance. Unauthorized guests will be asked to leave.
  11. Each participant must have signed the Code of Conduct and completed the medical release information prior to attending this event.
  12. Any additional rules pertinent to the specific event shall be announced by the leadership of the event, board, or supervising faculty, and shall be observed as written rules. Any infraction of the above rules will result in disciplinary action by the Rabbi or advisor.
  13. We have read the rules above, understand them, and will abide by them.
Refund Policy:  Any refund requests prior to the registration date will be 100%.  If you cancel up to two weeks prior to the event date you will receive a 50% refund.  No refunds will be issued after that unless there are unforeseen circumstances.  Refunds will be determined on a case by case basis.  Please contact Rabbi Lader with any refund requests.
COVID-19 Safety Protocols

These protocols may change as we continually assess the health and safety of our community.
  • All participants and staff must be fully vaccinated in order to attend (at least two weeks after their second shot), and will have to upload proof of vaccination cards as part of our registration.
  • Once participants and staff arrive on Friday, they will take a rapid Covid test provided by Temple Israel. Negative test results will be required in order to get on the bus.
  • If any teen exhibits symptoms during the trip, we will provide a rapid Covid test. If they test positive for the virus, they will be quarantined, and a parent MUST be available to immediately come to Cincinnati to pick up their teen.
  • If a teen tests positive, the other teens in that person’s room will be required to wear a mask indoors and on the bus.
  • If a teen exhibits Covid symptoms but does NOT test positive for Covid-19, they will be required to wear a mask.  If they show signs of a fever, they will be sent home.
  • We strongly recommend that teens get flu shots before the trip.
All participants must be fully vaccinated.  Please save a copy of your COVID immunization record on your cell for admittance into all venues.
We will be visiting Climb Time Sports Gym on Saturday night.  A waiver will be sent to your email, immediately.  You MUST complete the waiver in order to attend this trip.  Thank you!
