For 25 years, Rabbi Marla has been a guiding light for our congregation. As Temple Israel's first female rabbi, she paved the way for future generations of female rabbis to call Temple Israel home. Whether she is delivering a moving sermon on a Friday night, inspiring our congregants to stand up against injustices, building bridges with our community partners, or baking a batch of cookies with fellow congregants, Rabbi Marla has inspired us all. Through compassion and conviction, she has taught each of us to raise our voice, and be the change we want to see.
Please join us for an incredible weekend of love, laughter and celebration as we honor Rabbi Marla and her family for everything they have done for Temple Israel.
Below you will find detailed information for the weekend. Please note there are separate registrations for the Shabbat Dinner and Cocktails & Kemach.
