A Hands On Pickling Class with Marcia Nodel and Rabbi Josh

Join us for an evening of Pickles and Jewish Tradition. Rabbi Josh will explore the Jewish origins of pickling and Jewish texts about the preservation of foods. Then master pickler, Marcia Nodel,will guide us on a journey of pickle making. Learn the basics of brining, sanitation, and food preservation.
