Temple Israel's Robert Sosnick Family Life Center is thrilled to announce our new All-Inclusive Yoga and Movement Class! This adaptive class is designed to meet the students where they are, and caters to the special needs of young adults with challenges that include but are not limited to; ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, down syndrome, spina bifida, cerebral palsy, and intellectual, emotional, and cognitive disabilities. This class is geared for young adults 18-30 years old.

Our amazing class will be taught by Lauren Neuman, E-RYT.

Lauren has been a yoga and movement instructor for over 20 years. She attended Red Lotus School of Yoga after attending Eastern Michigan University for a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation. Since then, Lauren has created yoga programs specifically designed for children and adults with special needs, individuals suffering from mental illness ranging from light to severe allowing for the worlds of therapeutic activities and yoga to work together.

Temple members - $5 for an individual class, or buy 5 for $25 and get a 6th class for free.
Non-members - $10 for an individual class, or by 5 for $50 and get the 6th class for free.
