Temple Israel's Robert Sosnick Family Life Center is thrilled to continue our All-Inclusive Yoga and Movement Class! This adaptive class is designed to meet the students where they are, and caters to the special needs of young adults with challenges that include but are not limited to; ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, down syndrome, spina bifida, cerebral palsy, and intellectual, emotional, and cognitive disabilities. This class is geared for young adults 18-30 years old.

Our amazing class will be taught by NSCA Certified trainer Matt Leonard.

Temple members - $5 for an individual class
Non-members - $10 for an individual class
