7:00 PM - 8:00 PMZoomAs part of our Aging is Inevitable Series, join Rabbi Jen Kaluzny, Kari Provizer and Dementia Awareness activist Dr. Jim Mangi PH.D. the founder of Dementia Friendly Saline, which is dedicated to helping persons with dementia live with less difficulty and more dignity. Dr. Mangi will share his journey as a caregiver of 17 years to his wife, Kathleen and how that's propelled him to help others learn about this disease, how to recognize it, how
to acquire caregiving skills and get help.

This one-hour program will discuss how communication abilities of a person change during their dementia journey and ways for family and friends to maintain communication with a person with dementia throughout every stage of the journey, including the very last days.
