Saving a life (pikuach nefesh) in Judaism is paramount. It's one of our most important values--such that we can break practically any mitzvah for its sake. In the age of the coronavirus, getting the vaccine is equivalent to the highest mitzvah of all--to saving lives. Furthermore, the Talmud teaches, “to save a life is to save the entire word.” When you get the vaccine, you are not just protecting yourself, but you are protecting all of us. If you have not yet received your Covid-19 vaccine, the list below provides information on the vaccine and where you can schedule an appointment for yourself and your loved ones.
