ECC Preschool Application

Due to the current status of Covid-19, and the many protocols and safety restrictions that are being implemented, our schedule this year is limited. At this time we are unable to safely offer enrichments and extended care. Children will remain with the same teachers and classmates the entire day.

Enrollment Terms

The policy of Temple Israel is to accept applications only when all unpaid balances from prior Preschool and Kindergarten program have been paid, unless satisfactory arrangements have been made.

• A non-refundable application fee of $100 must accompany this application.
• Payment must be made according to the tuition payment schedule.
• Enrollment will be cancelled if tuition obligations are not met.
• Enrollment will be cancelled if the vaccination policy is not met.
• There are no tuition adjustments or refunds because of absence, inclement weather, state or county mandated school closures, ordinary illness or family vacations.
• If public health concerns require closing the school building, there will be no refund extended for the trimester in progress.
• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, Temple Israel may dismiss or decline to re-enroll a child if Temple Israel determines, in its sole discretion, the child or parent(s)/guardian(s) engaged in conduct or behavior which does not serve the best interest of Temple Israel or its Early Childhood Center.
• Because of our class structure, we are unable to provide for make-up days.
• Your financial commitment is based on full year enrollment.
• While your child’s safety is a priority for Temple Israel, by signing this Agreement, you understand and voluntarily assume all risks related to your child’s exposure to communicable diseases, such as COVID-19, and you agree on behalf of your child not to hold Temple Israel and any of its employees or affiliates liable for illness or injury

Tuition Payment Schedule Preschool

• If the application was received by 5-2-2020, a $100 discount will be applied to your tuition.
• Please make checks payable to Temple Israel or charge via ACH, Visa, Discover, Mastercard, or American Express 
• Payment requires a credit card on file for three equal payments due Sept 1, Dec 1 & Mar 1.

For both Preschool & Kindergarten, there is a

• 15% discount on tuition for a second sibling enrolled in a younger program.
• 20% discount on tuition for a second sibling enrolled in the same age level program.
