This Friday is Refugee Shabbat - a moment for congregations, organizations, and individuals in the United States and around the world to dedicate a Shabbat service to refugees and asylum seekers.

Temple Israel is partnering with HIAS, the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society, both to recall the struggles of Jewish refugees in America, and to stand today in solidarity with all who have fled to America from persecution around the globe.
