Support Group
The Bereavement Support group's mission is to provide the required environment which enables those who are dealing with the loss of a loved one to accept the death by fully experiencing their grief. Sharing one's grief within a group setting enables grievers to recognize the commonality of their experiences while also, defining the uniqueness of their grief. Group
Cancer Support group provides a spiritual, therapeutic support group for Jewish cancer patients, survivors, and their family members. A key component of this support group is the exploration of how religious beliefs and practices help patients and their families better cope with all aspects of the cancer experience. Caring for the Caregiver Support group is designed to give support to caregivers caring for any type of disability, illness, complicated pregnancy, surgery or life change.
Dialogue Group
for Parents of Interfaith Couples
Dialogue Group for Parents of Interfaith Couples is a discussion group which brings parents of inter-faith couples into dialogue. The goal of the group is to assist each parent in recognizing and examining some of the issues surrounding their child's inter-faith relationship.

Getting What You Want Out of Relationships focuses intensively on why we choose the people we do, what from our past we keep trying to resolve in our current relationships, letting go of past hurts, learning ways to communicate, even when hurt and angry.
How to Make A
Teenage Mensch
How to Make A Teenage Mensch (S.T.E.P.) for Teenagers is a group for parents of teenagers using the highly recoginized "Systematic Training for Effective Parenting" program. Meet in an informal setting and gain the knowledge and sensible suggestions to make your relationship with your teenager even better.
Infertility
Support Group
Infertility Support group is a group which will help individuals and couples validate and cope with their infertility. The group will deal with spiritual and clinical issues of infertility of Jewish couples.
M S Path
M S Path (Positive Attitudes Toward Health) meets the second and fourth Thursday of the month. A support group takes place on the second Thursday and a speaker is present on the fourth Thursday. This group is designed for those with MS as well as family members.
Physically
Challenged Support
Physically Challenged F.U.N. (Flourish, Unite, Nurture) is a group designed to provide support and social opportunities for those faced with physical limitations. Guest speakers and group outings are an integral part of this group. Meetings are held in a room that is wheelchair accessible with an automatic doorbutton. Transportation is available.
Pre-Marital
Support Group
Pre-Marital Support group is for engaged and newly-married couples. Topics addressed will give couples the skills they need to begin their marriage with the necessary knowledge for this life cycle change. Click here to learn more and RSVP.

Senior Exercise Class
Keep active, stay young at heart with Tish & Melissa. This senior exercise class will be offered to ages 55 & up, free of charge, but RSVP’s are required. Check back soon for more classes.

Thriving & Surviving Your Daughter's Teenage Years is for mothers of teenage daughters in a roundtable discussion group. Learn how to keep the lines of communication open & understand typical stressors of the age group and how they manifest themselves in a mother-daughter relationship.
Tremor Support

Tremor
Support Group meets the second Thursday of the
month at 7:00 pm. Facilitator: Shari Finsilver. This group
addresses the various situations confronted by those with tremors and helps
members learn how to cope. This group also provides current
treatment updates and other information on medical advances.

and Shirley Agree Caring Community Shelter Birthday Parties
Enables dedicated volunteers to
go to area homeless shelters and nursing homes to provide a fun and festive
birthday party for the residents.
Tutoring Program
Tutoring program is run by Zelda Rose, who recruits retired individuals who have two or
more hours a week to spare, love children, and would like to volunteer their
time to go into the Farminigton Hills School District to tutor children who
need a little "extra" help.
