EIGHTH GRADE 

Monday Night at Temple 

Beginning in 8th grade, our students will join together for fun and socializing and dinner at 6pm on Monday evenings.  One of the best ways our students learn is through activities and programs.  We will begin our year by strengthening the social connections our students have with each other and exploring their Jewish identities. Our year will continue with a speaker’s series, each being followed by related activities. During this year students will learn how to put Jewish values into action!  We will be exploring concepts like hunger, respect for the elderly, caring for people who are sick, and living safely – all through Jewish activities and programs.
